Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of QR Wallet Studio (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

License

Your license to use the App is granted under Apple’s Standard EULA. If these Terms conflict with Apple’s EULA, Apple’s EULA controls for the iOS license grant.

Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

• Some features are available via auto-renewing subscriptions (e.g., monthly or annual) that are billed to your Apple ID.
• Trials (if offered) convert to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are subject to Apple’s policies.

Your Content & Conduct

• You are responsible for the content you encode or scan. Do not use the App to create or share unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Links embedded in QR codes may lead to third-party sites; we are not responsible for those sites.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that QR codes you create will be scannable by all devices or readers.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
